its illegal, use 4-5v-1, attack from flanks and long balls

First, be sure he's not tricking you with out of position players.
if this is his real formation, then 3 central defenders should be enough to stop his attack, then just throw in all your best attacking players at their natural position. I'd use mixed passing as there's no real weakness in that defense. May as well go full press, attacking too since you'll have 80%possession.

Yes, there r no striker. you will hve 80% ball possession. To counter it, i'm thinking to use 3-4-3/3-5-2 with long ball.
