How to beat 3-4-1-2 ( no DMC) ?

Hi , i have to win an opponent who plays 3n-4-1-2 ( no Dmc) . First match he win 0-2 in my home .
So i have to beat him away. I know its very hard but i will try it. Teams average : me 30.5 - him 24.5.
At my home match i try 4-5-1 V and i have the ball possition 60-40.
What should i try next?
