How to win against 4-3-2-1 formation?

hi,
i am new player and tomorrow i am playing against a 4-3-2-1 team for the 2nd place.
Since his players are in wrong positions any chance?
I will use --------ST-----ST---------

--------MC--MC--MC--------
--DML-----------------DMR--
--------DC--DC--DC----------

but i don't have DMR.
Any ideas?
