How to beat 4-3-1-2

Tomorrow's the last game of the league and i'm only 1 point clear playing against 3rd place, 2nd place is playing the bottom of the league team who hasn't won a game so i need to win or atleast draw where my goal difference is better. So can anyone help me with beating this formation ....

My average quality is 24.3 there's 14.9, so i was hoping to use the above formation with attacking mentality down both flanks to hopefully get a few early goals.

i beat 2nd in league home and away 2-0 and 0-3 , am slightly better
i beat him using motivated 4141 but with my wingers double positions i can push them 451V when i want , i noticed often 4141 work better bcz of his 3 in mid , last thin u want is his 3 CM control the mid

I play vs this formation regularly in my league this season and win with 3N-1-4-2. mixed, hard tackle, no offside, no counter, red arrows on ML/MR
