Help me against 4-1-4-1 /Cup game/

Hello, mates!

I have a difficult game againt
a "level 7" team, I am level 5.
His/her tactic is 4-1-4-1.
In the first game I had a draw 0:0 at home today.
My tactic was 4-4-2, then changed it to 3-5-2.
What do you suggest?
Do I have to put red arrows?
