Importance of arrows??

My team looks like this:

how should i use the arrows, if at all ?

I use them for instance, when I'm trying to form a formation so taht all the enemy players are covered; Let's say I'm one MC short, and I have a good AMC - I will put the AMC above the position I need my MC to be at, and use blue arrows so that the AMC will pull back to that position when I'm defending. I always prefer this over using players out of their natural position.

Another example of using arrows is when you're facing an opponent with weak flanks and you want to take advantage of that, you will put red arrows on your left and right midfielders/attacking midfielders. Sometimes, when I play with 3 defenders, I even use blue arrows on the left and right DC.
