Best settings for 3-5-2 (flat) ?????????

This season ,i want to play 3-5-2 flat ,like this :

Please help me config the best setting for this formation:

-Passing : mixed ,long or short?
-Where to put the Red Arrows and Blue Arrows

My team is a bit good (half 4* and half 5*) ,

maybe you can try normal mentality,mix,mix passing,zonal,normal tackling,blue arrow on middle DC,MC. red on ML/MR... nobody can help you on 100%,because it depends on your players and on your opponent... play 1 or 2 friendly matches and try other orders...good luck
