How often is my opponents formation updated?

Hi Guys,

I am able to see my opponents formation by clicking on his name and seeing "squad" but how often is that updated?
I assume it's the formation used in a previous game? But unsure.

EDIT: I do mean outside of a LIVE game situation. This is all planning for the next match

It's updated whenever a change to the team is made. However if this change occurs while you are playing the game, then you won't be able to see the change until you refresh
