    I need help vs my next opponent, he looks pretty good.That"s him:

    That's my formation curently. 4-4-2 flat and 4-5-1v can easily beat it. But not sure about the order.

    You should try a formation that covers the flanks and goes through the middle, since his flanks are really strong

    you should go for 4 defenders for sure
    DR DC DC DL
    ------DMC
    ????????????
    ----- AMR
    ----ST ST
    I LET YOU CHOSE MIDFIELD ;-) it will work
    go for counter attack and make hard defending or defending
    make pressing in your field only
    make hard tackling as well to make him injured he has not got subs in every position

    he has free kick specialist , hard tackling can be very risky ,i stopped to the same formation you mentioned, and 3W MC"s, i am worried he has a lot of Special Abilities.
