How to counter this formation?

So, I lost a champions league match against a much weaker opponent with 2-0!
Tomorrow is the 2nd leg match. Apparently he'll play with a very defensive formation.
His formation will be very strange.

Normal mentality, mixed passing, normal tackling (hard in the 2nd half if 0-0).

Max out the prize for the competition.
Max your form
Do not max your main eleven's morale, just get up the ones with low/very low ones.
