Help! How to beat weird formation

Also, his stats are better than mine. Lost first game 2-3 and this is the formation I used: 4-1(DMC)-1(MC)-3W-1

Any help is always much appreciated, and I really don't know how to beat him.

If i suggest I would say, take the formation with DML AML and put red dot's on the DML and passing to the left.
