Well since you visiting then it's tough...check his match records, is that the only formation he uses? If I were him i would adapt more tight defensive counter attack formation. Although 3-1-4-1-1 is best fitted for your team in my opion.

that's perfect to get your players in form and moral high with couple wins, I would set all matches from now to max bonus (cheap). Good luck brother!
