Need help, important League game.

I've got an opponent who's a heavy donater into the the game (For Level 3 manager ofc, his team is 6 times expensive than mine). He plays with 4-3N-3. Guide says that this is countered by 4-5-1 V style, on the other hand it says that 4-3N-3 is a COUNTER to V style formation.
What should I choose?

The counter is not 100% sure that will give u a win. I have won macthes against team tht used counter. And the other way.
