Playing against a strong 4-1-1-3-1 formation

Hey,

I'm going to play against some rich guy with a quality of 36.2 and some great players. I assume he will be playing the 4-1-1-3-1 formation. I've never seen such a formation, it isn't even listed in the Counter Formation Thread.

Any ideas how to beat this? I'm pretty sure that I need a DMC, so I'm currently thinking about 4-1-3W-2. I also think that I must dominate the midfield, so 4-1-3W-2 would be good, or wouldn't it?

I would appreciate it if I could get some help.

I failed 0 - 1 using 4-1-3W-2. Was a close game but I failed.
