ive recently switched from a 4321 to 4312 formation. its worked for the last 2 games but the results were against bottom of the league teams. now im facing a top 3 opponent that has a better side than me, and playing 433 formation

i cant switch formation because i dont have the right formation players, so im asking for some tips of what to set passing style, tacking etc to to have a better chance of atleast a draw
