Counter formation against aggresive 4-0-2-3w-1

I have a match against a direct thread to my position in the league clasification. He uses a very agressive formation:

I was thinking to use a 3n-3w-2-0-2 formation:

dmr-----dmc-----dml

with defensive attitude, long passes, all the field preassure and counter attack. What do you think about?

You could use butterfly. Gives you good defence while still giving you good offence.
3N-2W-2N-2W-1 with attack down the flanks. Mixed passing, normal mentality, own half and counter.

No.Remember this - when you play against AML and AMR,dont use DML and DMR.Use DL and DR cuz if his wingers are more faster than your wingbacks,you're fuc**d up.So if you think you can stop him with DL,DC,DC,DR,DMC.Now,you know how to stop his attack.Use your own tactic now.
