Tactics orders please

Thanks for the replay, but i meant that this is my team's form of play.
I wanna know which tactics orders is best for that kind of play.
Normal mentality? Passing down both flanks?

This is my favourite formation so I'll help you.Use normal mentality,mixed passing down both flanks.Normal tackling,zonal marking,force counter-attacks,no offside traps.Use red arrows on ML and MR and blue arrows on the two DC's.If your opponent is using AML and AMR,dont use arrows on your DL and DR,but if he doesn't use Attacking wings,use red arrows.
