4-3-2-1 Working counter formation and tactics...

I am having very hard time wining against this formation, can someone please suggest me a working and tested setting? Thanks
It's 1-3-2w-1
I tried using Hexagon and got 3:3 .. used 3-2-3-2 and lost 1:0 . used 4-5-1 V and got 1:1

Please tell me the tactics for 3-2-3-2 i can try that once more with recommended settings.

Try 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly down both flanks, you have used 4 wide players before & got a draw this is another version maybe this is the one?

Thank, its a little too late, I lost the match already
but oh well, i used the same as my opponent formation with normal mentality in next game and won 3:2..

I think there are two options : 4-4-1-1 and 4-3N-1-2
