4-4-2 , narrow diamond and 4-5-1 V style are the best options to chose.

Formation which brought me 2 league titles (lvl1,2) was :

ML---MC-MC-MC---

-----DC-DC-DC--DR
---------GK--------

Could be opposite (DL, MR)
Good flanks!

Passes mixed,
tackling normal,
pressing :
4-4-2 (like this formation) mixed, narrow diamond through through the middle, 3-5-1 V style both sides.

4-5-1 V style is my favorite formation. Usually wins with narrow edge (V style has only one striker, but one of my wings is shadow striker).
