Help with strange formation 4-0-1-2-3

Hi all,

New season, new original challenges. I have next match against this strange formation:

dr----dc----dc----dl
-----------------------
----------mc---------
-----amc--amc-----
----st----st----st----

He has not but a single middle, and his flanks are just not there. Should be a 4-5v-1 a good counter. Mine is 23.5 and his 27. So, a huge problem there¡,!.

Any help?

AMC still count as MC aren't they? He is just kind of hard-attacking, since he has higher level players, maybe he want to finish the game early then have his players rest, counter attack and bring the ball to flanks should work against him, but anyway I don't think strategy matter that much in this game

what do you guys recommend to play against 4-0-1-2N-3? We are even in stars aprox (my team is a little better)

what do you think about playing 3-1-2N-3W-1 or 3-1-3N-1-2?




Edit: now i realise that 3-1-2N-3W-1 isn't a good option since he has DL and DR.

i played 3N-2N-2W-1-2 ... mentality normal, center, pressing, long shots. i won 2-0 (poss 65-35 ; shots to goal 11-4 ; total shots 22-13).

i think it was a good idea after all.
