Need advice after 0:2 defeat against 4-3N-2-1

Guys, I am so confused and really need some help over here.

I had a cup game against a lvl 4 player, here are the teams and the quality.

I decided to use a counter formation 4-4-1-1 and from the start of the game I received shot after shot on goal. At the end it turned out that she had twice as much shots but she lost some possession.

Strangely enough, my AMC didn`t do a single action during the game and she didn`t have any DMC.

Please let me know what to use for the return leg and how to eliminate her?
