help against asymetric formation

Hi, I have a team in my league which plays with an asymmetric formation, with a flat back four, DM, CM slightly to the left, MR, AML, AMC right of centre and a central striker. any idea what would be the best formation to use against this?

I will go for 4-1-3-2
