Go for V formation 4-1-2-2W-1 or Narrow Diamond his ass 4-1-2-1-2

If you're going for V formation:
Blue arrow on your DMC and red arrows on DR/DL, AML/AMR. Play Normal and down the flanks with mixed passing, with counterattacks.

If you're going for Narrow Diamond:
Blue arrow on DMC, red arrow on AMC. Normal, through the middle, short passing, counterattacks for the sake of it.

Last option if your opponent is stronger, you can reinforce your defence by going:
3N-1-4-2
In that case, add red arrows to your MR/ML, blue to the DMC. Play defensive with attack down the flanks and counterattacks.
