I'd use blue arrows on ML and MR and red on MC since against the formation you are facing you should attack through the middle...

Also, an effective formation against 4-1-2-1-2 would be 3-1-5-1 or 3-1-4-2, both attacking through middle...but i see you don't have another MC...

Judging by the teams' quality, you should be fine...
