does any1 have any good tactic with good orders

i,m using 3w-2-3n-1-1 now with bleu arrows on 3w red arrows on striker and amc
mentality normal
passing mixed
presure own half
hard tacling
zonal

any1 else got a beter tactic or sugestions?
