I am using this formation:
--ST--ST
AML---AMR
--M--M
---DMC
DC-DC-DC
Any tips for what the orders should be? Maybe some use of arrows.
Can't seem to get this right. Or is this formation not good at all?

If i was you i would put a blue (defensive) arrow at the MC with most defensive skills and red (offensive) at the MC with most offensive skills or if you feel your defensive is good enough just put red arrow(s)
Anyone?? :/
Normal mentality, focus on passing in the middle since you have no wings, pressure all over the field, hard tacklings, mixed passings, and marking zonal and then cross the first box but not off-side traps.. That is what i would play with.. :-)
He does have wings. That's 3n-5-2 v style. AML/AMR are wingers. Why pressure on whole pitch???. It's useless if you have DMC. You can better play on own half. Use whole pitch if the oppenent is stronger. Counter attack is a option. I play often without counterattack only if needed. If you're opponent is stronger than play counter attack if the opponent is weaker don't use it in my opinion and experience.
3n-5-2 v style you can better start with:
mentality: normal. but you use 3 at the back so you can try attacking
passes: down both flanks
pressure: own half. Whole pitch is useless against weaker teams. And it's save condition if you don't play it
passes: mixed. in attacking I should use short in defensive mode I use long
tackling: normal. You can use hard if the opponent is stronger. But watch out if he have a good free kick specialist
marking: zonal
no counterattack
no offside only if you have fast defenders
and you can put arrows on AML/ AMR red arrows.
It depends all on the opponent formation. You can beat by aml/amr
