They are all 5 stars by the way. You can see that my 1st team is very young. Does this influence the gameplay as they lack experience?

You have such an attacking formation, I wouldn't bother setting it to attacking mentality as well, and force counter, I think you might lose some possession. My opinion only, and I tend to play more defensive formations. Be prepared to change your formation in this game, playing one only doesn't always work (barring 4 4 2 which lately seems impossible to beat.)
