How can I win against 3n-2w-3w-1-1 formation?

I need help. A guy in our league has choosen a strange formation and since then, he is winning all matches and nobody seems to have a good tactic against him.
We have about the same team quality, but I don't know which formation I should choose.

His formation:

-----AMC------
ML---MC---MR
DML-------DMR
--DC-DC-DC---

Can you give me a good counter formation please?

3N-5-2V or 4-1-2-1-2ND. But u'll have bigger chances with the 1st one.

Go on defensive mentality, mixed passing, hard tackle if he doesn't have a SA free kick, counterattack. And you can try playing on the middle. Have a try, one half on the middle, one half mixed. Everything else normal, no offside trap. Goodluck.

sorry for the delayed post, but i was very busy. He changed his formation to a 3n-1-3w-2-1. I went with a 4-5-1 v style and the match ends 1-1. Thank you anyway.
