Is 4-1-4-1 that good against 4-3-3 ?

yes , the counter formation of 4-3N-3 is 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 flat as i think

you have 4 DC against 3ST , 2MC and DMC against 3MC and (ML-MR ) .. they will make the difference

3 defenders against 3 strikers. OK, but on the other hand, he has 4 defenders against only 1 striker form me ... So his attack should still be stronger than mine.

ML-MR also red arrow .. they i'll take two places ..

or if you want replace DMC with AMC and give him red arrow ...
