At that level you problably need to change your tactic in order to counter your oponent.

Other mistake that i see lot of people doing, is just seeing the average of the team, you can have 22 players, but you only play with 11.
My example my average is 22,3, but my first 11 average is really 26. The reserves and most of the subs do not play.

Other thing that people should look, is for the Team value, be is there for some reason. Why should you pay 4x more for a player with same age and quality, If you do not win something with that.
I am playing only for 2 months, but i found out that a 3* fast trainer can be equaly efective as 5* slow trainer.
