I found solution to 4-4-2. It works. I have 3 teams and they all loose against this

3W-1DMC-3W-1AMC-2(1 attacker i put in center and one on any side)

No arrows on any DC/DMC/MC/MR/ML.
Red arrows on both attackers
No offside/No counter
Zonal marking, normal mentality, normal tackling, Mixed focus.

I have a play macker as MC, Free kick as DL/DR, Corner kick as MR and ST, no other special on any players.
I use players that have good stats not good quality. Usually i don't use players with more than 2 marks of 6. I prefer many 8's and some 9's. I use a player with 4 9's one 8 quality 4 stars instead of a scout with 7-7-6-6-8.

This team quality is Q19 and i beat Q29, Q27 every time. Most goals scored is 4. Most goals against is 1.
