Advise against strong player pls

Hello all,
I'd appreciate some advise against this team... I'm expecting him to play as displayed or by replacing the MC with another ST (3W-1-2W-3N)
My team is comparable in strenght ... but his players are faster (5 points in average I believe)



What would you suggest in terms of formation and orders?

These are the counters for that formation (3W-2DMC-3N-1-1 Eiffel Tower or 3N-5-2 Flat), but never used them. You will have to play through the middle to exploit the one CD if he is stronger in quality like you say then long ball, hard tackling is a must but expect yellow cards, don't attack use def counter for Eiffel Tower & normal for the other.
