CL Final - How to beat 3-3-1-1-2

my opponent in the CL Final plays

I've never seen this formation and I'm kinda unsure how to play against him.
My team is slightly better (28.6 - 24.6)
I normally play 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2 or 4-3-3
