I would suggest:

3N-1-3W-1-2
3N-1-4-2

Whatever suits you better!

I've had good results playing Wide Diamond against 5-3W-2, and this looks similar with small variation.

Center attack - Normal mentality.
I guess other team plays defensive+counter or something similar!

i say 3w-1 dmc-2mc-2 am(aml/amr)- 2 st attack wing , do not force counter , pass mixt, ow half, man-2man

Normal Force counterattack. This guy has parked the bus and you should be able to beat him with any normal formation esp with dmc. dont listen to the guy above. no force counter against a packed def??? man to man marking???
