Trying out a formation

Hey guys,
Last match of the first season for me, and it's a must-win to stay on top.
Anyway... This is a formation I've been trying out a little bit, with mixed results.
I'm playing against 3-4-3 and I'm just wondering what you guys think of it.
I am aware I'm selling my players and I have no-one to cover them on my bench, I just have no money and they are never in my starting lineup anyway. Hoping today is gonna be an active day on the trading front.

But I digress.
Here's my formation. Any comments or suggestions, against a 3-4-3?

Not v clever is it? Why are you playing one dc against 3 strikers? Did you put the red arrow on your dcl because it looks like art or was there a reason why you want to want to leave your goal open?

Fair enough... I'm not quite sure why, probably the artistic as you said... haha, won't do that again.
This is my first season, I'm just learning my way around.
