how to counter a 4-1-1-1-3 formation???

i have an upcoming match against a player who is using such an unusual formation
4-1(DMC)-1(MC)-1(AMC)-3
how do i counter this formation.. his players are rated almost a 1 whole star than mine.
he has not lost a single match as yet...
what is the best formation against him?

I would say 4-5-1v but his formation is strange. He probably plays middle attack long ball And counter you should find the wings imho. I fresh at the game but that's what i would do

i use that 4-5-1v and 3-5-2 and also butterfly on him... i manage to draw and lose but cant win ...
then i tried a 4-3W-1-2 and man it did wonders ...
