Counter against 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond

I barely won the first match against ND. I had less shots on goal then my opponent until I changed to whole pitch and mixed pass. I scored in 82 and until then my strikers were always blocked by defenders.

What's wrong? There is a big difference in favor of my team, but they actually suck in this tactic. Any suggestions for improvement?

Definitely 3-1-2-2-2 is not working for me. I lost to ND and until I changed to 3-1-3-1-2 I didn't existed in the match. I will have to keep searching for a formula that suits best my team. Tonight I have the decisive second leg in cup, again against ND, lost the first leg, I hope things will be better.
