CL Final at 18:16 against a stronger opponent, please give me help

Hi guys, I've Champions League final with a strong opponent at 18:16
He is much strong, a team fullfilled with scouts; for all the season he used 4-5-1 V Style but yesterday he has put suddenly 3N-5-2 V Style.
This is his team (only 66.0 average quality but as you can see he has a bench full of weak players, the best 11 is about 72.0 average quality):

Please suggest me a formation to counter both 4-5-1 V Style and 3N-5-2 V Style, the orders and the arrows on players
