You have blue packs... Give them to your players, they have low morale. That helps. Next, play with max win bonus.

Also you are playing a oponent form 1 level higher, he must have better players.
Try playing 352 flat, for me works better against 442.

A lot of your players have a very bad condition, I don't understand why you are keeping them like that, maybe this is the reason of why you lost in the first round, if you are going to play with a horrible condition, don't expect to win, even if your team quality is better.

iam on 11 level and i notice that conditions moral and health doesnt have that great effect on the result
