with the best formation to beat 3-5-2?

any one can help me with the best formation to beat 3-5-2 flat
yesterdays i used 4-1-3w-1-1 and lose 1 goal at 35' minute ,and i change 4-3w-3 and i lucky goal in the last minute.
Result i m draw with him at home 1-1
i m going to play away and want the best formation to beat him.any 1 can help me ? and setting

but i m finish lucky with good result . opposite not online .
i play with maintain 3N-1-3W-1-2 ,few shoot and lose 1 goal at 15' ,after change 3N-2-2-2-1 Butterfly 1 goal by conner at 35'
after change Butterfly i m begin shoot more and goal at 50' by AMR .finally result i m win 2-1 .lucky ? because opposite not online
and this my experience any 1 play with 3-5-2 flat .let use Butterfly
