Yup, 3N-4-3 will work good. Even 3N-3W-1-2 will be good with attacking (or hard attacking since u need to score 3). Keep long passes to go through the DM line. Keep passing mixed 9 as u need both flank players and central players). use hard tackling with no to counter and offside. Put red arrow on AMC and MC. Put Blue arrow on DCs.
