Who should be a penality taker?:
Player1: Penality taker Specialist.
Shoot: 26 Finishing:27
Player2: One-on-One specialist.
Shoot: 36 Finishing: 39
Player3: Freekick-Specialist
Shoot: 36 Finishing: 39

I have a penalty specialist and by chance he is one of the best in the team finishing-wise. He is my main penalty taker and hasn't missed any. Going for low quality Penalty SA player won't do it, though.

You Never really now before you try.
I really do not care mutch for SA, i use the player with Best shooting, finishing, unless i have a player that i can really Trust.
For exemple i have a 34 years old player now with 3 stars, not the Best of the Team anymore, but he is still my top scorer, assist, penalty taker and even have one of the Best averages in left free kicks.
So you need to try and see the games to decide.
