I think you should spoil the flanks, he is not using any dml or dmr so you will have advantage of that. You can use 4-5-1 V or 3-5-2 V or even 3-1-2-2-2 will work good enough for you. with normal mentality, no force counterattack, mixed passing.

My main strategy would be to use a DMC to mark the AMC, exploit the flank and using 2 striker.

Well how did the match go?
I have seen a lot of people actually using this formation ,
I believe that 4-1-4-1 or 4-1(dm)-2(mc)-3(two wingers and st) could work
