I'd go with 4-1-2-1-2, attacking through the middle, with red arrow on both DMC and AMC, mixed passing, normal mentality. uWith that, you have like 3 STs and 3 MCs to outbeat both his defense and midfield. Put blue arrows on your DL/DR and play counter attack against him. His weakness is the middle, so you should exploit it.
