How to beat 4-1-3n-2?

How do i beat 4-1-3n-2 formation. I lost 4-2 in an away cup match with 4-5(only AMr)-1 formation with red arrows on AMR, ML, DL and DR.Team level nearly same. I am 22.6 to his 22.0. And i have previously lost against same formation and way weaker team(17.8) in my home.
