I've not got time now, and I dont have any wingers as I player narrow through

I've just seen the 'how to counter any formation' thread which recommends the 'effiel tower' so I think that will be plan b.

Try to use 4-4-2 all defender blue arrow and the rest of the player red arrow hard attacking through the middle takkle hard pass mixed force counter and offside trap
