Can somebody help me with a counter formation for win ?

3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly or 4-3-2(AML/AMR)-1. If you have not go the players for ither of these formations try 4-4-2 and if you are a better team match the formation.

Go with 4-5-1 v style with mixed passing and counters and attack from both flanks.
it's the most effective strategy against 3-5-2.

I've seen a lot of success report from a lot of manager using this formation to counter 3-5-2 flat. I've use 4-1-4-1 once and it's not very effective as I only won 1-0 on home match. So perhaps the 4-5-1v is better.
