i have problem with 4-3n-3

i had today a match and him formation is 4-3n-3...i play 4-1-4-1 with red arrow on dl and dr ml and mr and dmc...result 0-0 .why this result ? help me plzz.....after change in 2 half 4-5-1v

3n-1(dmc)-3n-2W(AML/AMR)-1 Defensive if he stronger, normal if he weaker,long passing,hard tackling ,press own half,pass down flanks,counter on and zonal marking.........
