you're right dude, there is no wingers on flanks, so it's illegal.
to TS :
he has a very strong midfield with orientation to defense, so if we look more simple it's another 3-5-2 variation. you can overcome him by choosing 4-4-2, DR/DL BLUE, MR/mL RED, normal, mixed pass, counter ON. try to tweak the game in process, if you'll need more pressure you can put your MC's to RED arrows. Today I won my rivalry with much more skilled opponent, he had similar formation and I executed exactly what I wrote to you, 2-0 with 20-12 shot statistics.
