Tactic orders 4-2-2-2 Hexagon

Can anyone please recommend a good orders to tactics 4-2-2-2 Hexagon ?
Should i play Normal Mentality Down both flanks?

Hexagon is my fav form,
for team orders,mntality normal/defensive(home)/attack(away) - focus passing bothflanks - Pressing ownhalf - passing mixed/long - forced counter attack - offside trap no(mentality normal/dfensive) yes(mentality attack)
Red arrow for both ST, Blue for all defender..
you can put red arrow for AML/AMR for extra offensive..
